Kirkman's Yeast Aid is offered in the hypoallergenic line in #1 plant cellulose capsules. The capsule should be swallowed whole, not emptied out as powder. The reason for this is that these ingredients have a very strong bitter taste and can not be masked without using sweeteners and flavors which are not acceptable for the hypoallergenic line.
