Selenium is an excellent brand of selenium containing naturally-occurring organic L-Selenomethionine which has been the subject of important clinical studies on cancer prevention and treatment.

Each capsule contains: Selenium 200mg
(L-Selenomethionine from high selenium yeast)

Suggested use: adults take one to two tablets daily with meals.
Other ingredients: Gelatin (capsule). May contain one or more of the following: magnesium stearate, rice powder and silica.
